Sharni Vinson, an Australian-American actor, dancer and actress born on the 22nd of July, 1983, in Sydney Australia. Her first acting role came in 201 when she was selected to appear in the Australian Soap opera Home and Away where she was a minor character in two episodes of the series. She was chosen to be the main character in the Australian soap opera Home and Away because her performance on this particular part was so captivating that casting agents sought to cast her in different roles. However, she did submit an audition for the role however she was not chosen instead during the same episode she got to play the role of Cassie Turner, who is the troubled teenage girl who was placed in foster care. The critics as well as the fans who watched the show have praised her performance.
