Pickler was born Kellie dawn Pickler June 28, 1986. She had a turbulent childhood. As a toddler, her mother fled an unfaithful relationship. Her mother returned in 1995 to her life and took complete charge of the child. However, it was not the best experience. Pickler was then 12 years old and was returned to her parents by justices. They raised her till she was old enough to be an adult. Pickler needed to look after of her siblings without her parents. She admitted that she didn't have time to go to classes and started to become a housewife in the early years. Pickler participated in the cheerleading squads of both her high school as well as middle school. North Stanly High School graduated her in 2004. Pickler had a go as a beauty queen.
