Addison Rae, an American artist and performer, has become the social media craze. She is famous for her dance videos and lip-syncs in the cult TikTok page, addisonre. Forbes magazine has named Addison Rae as the most successful TikToker around the world in August 2020. She is also one of the most popular people to follow on TikTok. The fame of Addison Rae on TikTok also extends to other platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, as well as Twitter. The singer made her debut an artist when she debuted her hit single Obsessed in 2021. The single debuted at number 4 among New Zealand Hot Singles and the video was sixth on YouTube the day it released. Addison Rae received nods for prestigious ceremonies like those of the People's Choice Awards MTV Movie & TV Awards and the Kids' Choice Awards.
